Meet Jen – Our Dedicated Customer Service Representative

Hi, I’m Jen! I’ve been working in customer service since 2016 and found my way into the dental field in 2021. From the very beginning, I knew I wanted to be in a role where I could help people feel welcome, cared for, and supported, and that’s exactly what I get to do every day at Pearly Smiles Dental.

What I enjoy most is being part of a patient’s journey, especially seeing the joy and confidence that comes from a transformed smile. Whether I’m helping schedule appointments, answering questions, or simply greeting you at the front desk, my goal is always to make sure you feel comfortable and taken care of from the moment you walk in.

Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my family and friends. They keep me grounded and bring balance to my life. I truly feel lucky to be part of such a caring team, where we work together to make every visit as smooth, stress-free, and positive as possible.
