After Botox Treatment
- Avoid Touching the Area
Do not touch, rub, or massage the treated areas for at least 24 hours to avoid spreading the Botox to unintended areas. - Stay Upright
Remain in an upright position (no lying down) for at least 4 hours after treatment to ensure proper absorption. - Avoid Strenuous Activity
Refrain from strenuous exercise, heavy lifting, or bending over for 24 hours after your treatment. This helps prevent the Botox from migrating to other areas. - Avoid Heat Exposure
Avoid hot tubs, saunas, sunbathing, or any exposure to heat for 24 hours. Heat can increase the risk of bruising at the injection site. - Bruising and Swelling
Mild bruising and swelling at the injection site are normal and should subside within a few days. You can apply a cold compress to reduce swelling. - Avoid Alcohol
Do not consume alcohol for 24 hours after your treatment to reduce the risk of bruising. - Facial Movements
Gently move the treated areas by smiling, frowning, or raising your eyebrows for the first few hours after treatment. This helps Botox settle into the muscles. - Results
Botox results usually become noticeable within 3-7 days. Full effects may take up to 14 days. If you have any concerns or if results are uneven, contact us for a follow-up.
